Your Feedback

AEIOU welcomes feedback from our clients and the community.

You can review our Feedback, Complaints Management and Resolution Policy here, or access this at any of our centres or Central Office. This Policy outlines our commitment to providing services that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders as well as satisfying applicable statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements, and details the range of strategies we undertake as part of our "Best Practice" approach to monitor, measure, respond to and, ultimately, improve customer experience.

You can also access our Feedback, Complaints and Resolution Procedure here, which explains how you can raise a concern with us and how we manage complaints.
